What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us remember your preferences, understand how you use our platform, and improve your experience.
How we ask for consent
On your first visit we show a banner with Accept and Decline. Until you choose, optional scripts stay off.
- Accept stores
cookie-consent=acceptedin local storage and then loads Google Analytics, PostHog, and Sentry (only if those products are configured for this environment). - Decline stores
cookie-consent=declined. Those analytics and error-monitoring scripts are not injected. Essential cookies still run.
Clearing site data will show the banner again. We do not treat “continue browsing” as consent.
Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Required for the platform to function. These handle authentication, security, and basic functionality (language, currency). They cannot be disabled.
Functional Cookies
Remember your preferences such as language, currency, and search filters to provide a personalized experience. Treated as essential for running the booking flow.
Analytics Cookies
Optional. Google Analytics and PostHog help us understand how visitors interact with the platform. They load only after Accept.
Error monitoring
Optional. Browser Sentry captures client errors to help us fix bugs. It is gated by the same Accept / Decline choice as analytics (not loaded on Decline).
Marketing Cookies
We do not currently load third-party advertising pixels from the cookie banner. If marketing tags are added later, they must use the same Accept gate. [Counsel to confirm advertising partners if any are introduced.]
Managing Cookies
Use the banner on first visit, or clear this site's local storage to choose again. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect sign-in and checkout.
