By accessing or using YourGuide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

YourGuide is an online platform that connects travelers with experience suppliers (tour operators, activity providers, and ticket sellers). We act as an intermediary and are not the direct provider of the experiences listed on our platform.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Bookings & Payments

When you make a booking, you enter into a contract with the experience supplier. Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by experience and are displayed on each product page. Refunds are processed according to the applicable cancellation policy. Free cancellation, when offered, typically requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the experience start time.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools without permission
• Post fraudulent reviews or manipulate ratings
• Harass other users or suppliers

7. Reviews & Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and comply with our content guidelines.

8. Supplier Terms

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfillment of booked experiences, and compliance with local laws and regulations. YourGuide charges a commission on each completed booking as outlined in the supplier agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

YourGuide acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of experiences provided by suppliers. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform belong to YourGuide or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
